			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With my new Aussie mates we did a tour of Cheddar and Wells. After hanging out at Steve and Carleen&#8217;s place we hit the road. Cheddar was pretty nice with a big, rocky gorge, strong Southwest accents, lots of cider and plenty of cheese. Personally I prefer a nice, soft cheese which I can flame to perfection. Wells Cathedral was pretty good too. My favourite bit was the wonky staircase.</p>
